Biography

Mark has comprehensive knowledge on encrypted communication devices such as call line identity, spoofing phones including Encrochat, Phantom secure, Anom, SKY ECC and MPC used within Organised Crime Groups [OCG]. He has represented individuals, facing investigation and proceedings brought by Regional Organised Crime Units [ROCU], National Crime Agency [NCA] and Crown Prosecution Service [CPS]. His aim is always to avoid criminal proceedings, but if that proves impossible, he is able to advise and guide individuals throughout the entire investigation and trial process from interview under caution, to charge and trial.
